The personal information we collect is in most cases supplied by you when you hire a vehicle from us, and will usually include:

• Age details; and
• Transaction information.

We will only collect personal information when it is necessary for the provision of our services and the documenting of arrangements with our customers.

Who We May Share Your Information With

We may disclose personal information to government authorities as required by law. (Check with the client as to whether information is passed onto others e.g. the vehicle insurer.)

If you receive direct marketing items from AJK Hire and do not wish to receive them in the future, please notify us.

Information Quality

We take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information that we collect is accurate, complete and up to date. Usually, we do this by asking customers, when arranging to hire a vehicle, to complete forms providing their personal information. We also update personal information when we are advised by repeat customers that their personal information has changed, and at other times as necessary.
